ITBC is looking for potential employees using:

  3. advertisement campaigns in other leading polish magazines such as our monthly magazine www.ddinformatyku.pl ITBC network of Agents.
  4. Referral program4. internet advertisement in major portals advertisements at the computer departments at the Universities

SEARCH METHODS PHASES OF ITBC SEARCH METHODS:  

  1. Obtaining a clear understanding of the Job description , the requirements of the client, desired personal profile and core competency skills
  2. Research, search process and evaluation of the available candidates in our database
  3. Short list of the best candidates to be send to the customer along with special reports presenting the candidates skills.
  4. Meeting the candidates ,checking the soft and hard skills.
  5. Advanced Technical Evaluation of Candidates (upon demand)6. coordinating the meeting with the customer (to be agreed )

FEE STRUCTURE

 
It depends on the following points:
  • position within the structure of the organization          
  •  methods of the search          
  • docility of the search  
Please note that a detailed job description is required to determine the exact fee. All fees will be individually negotiated.

We give 3-6 months guarantee for each employed candidate depending on the position.
